Based on our absolute belief in the necessity of caring for the human being in general and the Egyptian human being in particular, especially since we live in a new democratic phase that was born after the political transformation that Egypt witnessed during the past years, and in view of the urgent need to empower “the holders of decision-making centers and those responsible for the management of civil state institutions or private sector institutions or Civil society organizations or those who wish to develop their capabilities by learning the principles of human development and successful leadership and management skills from the people of our dear country and providing them with the assets and basics of this science that enable them to manage their work correctly and successfully and for the sake of a new advanced civil system and our desire to develop the work of civil society institutions On the basis of justice, fairness and service to all components of Egyptian society, for the benefit of Egypt as a whole and for the purpose of supporting this category of components of civil society. For these reasons, the founding body met on November 1, 2010 and approved the establishment of the “Rexus Agency for Human Development” in light of the laws and legislation of institutions Civil society stipulated locally and globally in order to build free democratic institutions that guarantee the rights of the components of the Egyptian people in a fair manner, away from ethnic, sectarian and political trends.
